Journeyman Electrician

We are hiring for a Journeyman Electrician. The ideal candidate will be able to self-perform all scopes of traffic signal, lighting, and ITS construction related to 120V circuits.

Responsibilities‍
- Splicing traffic signal hand holes and streetlighting handholes
- Installing meter pedestals
- Pulling wire
- Splicing and terminations of traffic signal cabinet
- Duties as assigned by superintendent(s)

Qualifications (Need)
- 2+ years of horizontal construction experience related to traffic signals/lighting or ITS
- Must be able to work outside for up to 10 hours a day without climate control
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be accountable
- CDL
- Electrical license required

- 5+ years of horizontal construction experience
- Must be able to work outside for up to 10 hours a day without climate control
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Pay/Benefits
Pay Range is $36-$40 per hour
Benefits: Medical (Lighthouse pays 50%), dental & vision

Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all administration of multiple traffic signal, lighting, and ITS jobs.

Responsibilities‍
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Coordination of equipment
- Coordination of material
- Project as-builts
- Creating baseline and weekly schedules in Excel, Project and Primavera
- Monthly billing and quantity tracking
- Project profitability projections and cost to complete for WIP
- 50% field, 50% office

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work outside for up to 10 hours per day without out climate control
- Must be accountable
- No higher education required
- Driver's license required
Qualifications (Desired)
- 5+ years of horizontal construction experience related to traffic signals/lighting or ITS
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work outside for up to 12 hours per day without out climate control
- Must be accountable
- Degree in construction management or engineering
- PE license
Pay/Benefits
Salary is $70,000 per year
