As the year comes to a close, many companies reflect on milestones, projects completed, and goals achieved. At Lighthouse, we also reflect on something equally important: the impact we have beyond our work.
To wrap up the year, our team traveled to Ciudad Juárez, Mexico to support a Christmas toy drive for Ishabetel, an organization dedicated to helping children and families in need. The goal was simple. Show up, give back, and bring a little joy to kids during the holiday season.
The holidays are a time of gratitude, generosity, and community. For many families, however, this season can also be a time of hardship. Through the toy drive, Lighthouse was able to deliver Christmas presents directly to children, creating moments of excitement, laughter, and relief that will be remembered far longer than the holiday itself.
This effort was not about recognition or publicity. It was about being present and doing something meaningful at the right time of year.
At Lighthouse, we spend our days focused on safety, reliability, and infrastructure. But we believe responsibility does not stop when the job is done. Supporting communities, especially during moments that matter, is part of who we are as a company.
Our team volunteered their time, energy, and resources to ensure this effort was successful. From organizing donations to delivering gifts, every step reflected the same care and professionalism we bring to our work every day.
